List the oven tasks and extras separately
State which parts you want considered—such as the cavity, racks, trays or door glass—and ask the provider to confirm what is included, optional or excluded. Repair, electrical/gas work and heavy damage are not routine cleaning and may need a qualified technician.

Provide the exact suburb/address, property type, requested date, appliance details and access arrangements. Ask the provider to confirm current availability for that address. For a rental handover, coordinate keys, utilities and timing with the relevant property contact.
