Check the condition report and agent instructions
List benches, sink, cabinets, appliances, floors, windows and any items specifically requested. Note existing damage, wear, faults and supplied equipment. Ask the property manager to clarify disputed obligations before booking.
Separate appliance and specialist work
Oven cavity, racks, cooktop, rangehood filters, refrigerator interiors, dishwasher and exterior pressure cleaning are different tasks. Follow appliance manuals and surface-care instructions; do not dismantle gas, electrical or built-in equipment.
Prepare access and safe cleaning
Remove personal food and belongings, arrange keys, parking and utilities and make sure the kitchen is accessible. Do not mix chemicals or use unapproved products on stone, coatings or seals. Leaks, pest issues, mould remediation and repairs are separate.
Confirm the quote and inspection timing
Provide address, kitchen condition, appliance list, access and handover date. Review inclusions, exclusions, price basis and any re-clean policy in writing. No cleaner can guarantee a bond refund or agent decision Queensland RTA.
