Name the areas you want quoted, such as kitchen surfaces, bathroom fixtures, floors, cupboards or internal windows. Identify appliance interiors, carpet work and other optional tasks separately, and ask the provider to state inclusions and exclusions.

Confirm room access, keys, utilities if needed for the agreed work, furniture and any timing constraints. High or inaccessible areas, repairs, pest treatment, mould remediation and waste removal are separate matters that need specific provider or specialist confirmation.

Review the quote against the rooms and tasks you requested. Resolve differences before the appointment and keep a copy of the agreed scope. A cleaning service does not determine tenancy requirements or guarantee a bond or inspection outcome.
