Give providers the same Canberra property details
Share the suburb or postcode, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishings, condition, access and preferred appointment date. These details help a provider assess a request but do not create a fixed price or prove address-level availability.
Separate requested tasks and optional extras
List the rooms and surfaces you want considered. Put carpet cleaning, appliance interiors, windows and other extras on separate lines and ask whether each is included, optional, excluded or requires separate assessment. Do not infer pest-treatment or appliance-service capability.
Compare scope and price assumptions
Ask providers to confirm the same task list, access arrangements, appointment timing, exclusions and current price basis in writing. Remove any comparison based only on a studio starting amount, old tariff or different package assumptions.
