Read the lease and condition report, remove belongings and rubbish, clear appliance contents, arrange keys and keep utilities available. Photograph existing damage and report repairs separately. Do not discard supplied items or personal property without authority.

Work through kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, cupboards, appliances, windows and accessible outdoor areas. Use material-safe methods for stone, timber, glass, carpet, upholstery and paint. List optional carpet, upholstery, oven and window work separately.
Check access and specialist boundaries
Confirm parking, alarms, pets, furniture, inspection timing and restricted areas. Pests, mould-like growth, hazardous waste, broken appliances, leaks and restoration are not ordinary cleaning tasks. Never mix products or use unsafe equipment to reach a missed spot.
