Assess the workplace and its use
List the office location, floor area, rooms, washrooms, kitchen, flooring, occupancy and operating hours. Note restricted areas, keys, alarms, parking, building procedures and special access requirements.
Set a task list and frequency
Specify desks, meeting rooms, bins, floors, shared surfaces, kitchen and washrooms, with a suitable frequency. Confirm who supplies products and consumables. Carpets, high windows, ventilation systems, pest control and hazardous materials are separate unless agreed.
Compare Newcastle cleaning providers
Provide the same site information to each provider. Check written inclusions, exclusions, price basis, staffing, access, service checks, cancellation and complaint terms. Reviews may be one research input but do not guarantee future performance.
Coordinate between visits
Agree how staff should leave workstations and shared areas, how spills are reported and who handles keys or alarm codes. Use products according to labels and device instructions. Cleaning is not a substitute for workplace safety, maintenance or a qualified HVAC service.
