The subcontracted provider performs any treatment; Dirt2Tidy's cleaning staff do not apply pesticides as part of a cleaning visit. New providers can be arranged as required, but address, date, accepted work and provider availability must be confirmed before a booking is accepted.

Describe the pest issue for an initial assessment
State the property address, pest or signs observed, affected areas, when it was noticed, prior treatments, whether the site is residential or commercial, and whether children, pets, food preparation or sensitive occupants may be present.
Only collect or send photographs when it is safe to do so. Do not handle wildlife or apply a pesticide based on a general article.
Confirm who performs the work and what is offered
Pest work is arranged with a subcontracted provider. Before confirming treatment, ask who will attend, what pest and area are included, whether the provider holds the qualifications or authorisations required for that treatment and jurisdiction, what is excluded, and whether another specialist is needed.
Subcontractor names need not be posted publicly, but the provider and relevant credentials should be confirmed for the actual booking.
Product, preparation and re-entry instructions
Treatment method, product, preparation, ventilation, occupant or pet precautions, re-entry and follow-up depend on the provider, pest, site and exact product label. Obtain the applicable instructions from the treating provider and follow the product label; do not mix products or add a separate treatment.

- Cancellations and rescheduling
- Cancellations are free when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Bookings may be rescheduled when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Requests made later may be subject to availability and applicable charges.
