You can ask Dirt2Tidy to delete personal information submitted through this website or a Dirt2Tidy Meta Lead Ad.
How to request deletion
Use the Contact page and request deletion of your Dirt2Tidy enquiry information. Include the name, email address or phone number used in the enquiry and, if known, the approximate date or service requested. Do not send passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
We will use the details you provide to locate the relevant enquiry records, verify the request where reasonably necessary and delete or de-identify information that we are able to remove.
We may retain limited information where required by law, needed to establish or defend a legal claim, or reasonably necessary for security and business record obligations.
Meta and other providers
This request concerns information held or processed by Dirt2Tidy. It does not automatically delete information held by Meta, Facebook, Instagram or another service provider under its own account and retention policies.
You can also use the privacy and data controls provided by those services for information they hold directly.
