Ask the provider for the product name, intended use and care instructions, and whether a wet or low-moisture process is planned. Check the carpet-care label too. “Natural”, “green” or “pet-friendly” wording alone does not establish suitability for every animal, fibre or exposure.
Follow the product label and provider’s access instructions
Keep pets out of the work area during cleaning and for the time the exact product label/provider specifies. Do not rely on a generic drying time or let an animal lick a treated carpet. If the instructions are unclear, contact the product maker or service provider before re-entry.
