Check compatibility and compare equal scope
Compare proposals against the carpet-maker instructions and the same room list, condition and access details. Record exclusions, furniture handling, optional work, price basis and any separate services. A method name or low quote does not prove suitability.
Do not treat an undefined method as a health intervention
No method is claimed to disinfect carpet, remove every allergen, prevent illness, restore a damaged fibre or dry within a fixed time. Any specific performance comparison requires reliable evidence for the process, product, equipment and material. Ask a qualified carpet specialist to review such claims.
Choose only after the proposed work is clear
Request a written scope and ask what happens if the carpet reacts unexpectedly. If the method or product is uncertain, pause and get manufacturer or specialist advice. Cleaning cannot repair backing, resolve a leak or guarantee a bond decision.
