Review the lease, entry condition report and written instructions. List the rooms, accessible surfaces and appliances that need cleaning, and record existing damage or maintenance separately. A cleaner can quote agreed cleaning work but cannot decide tenancy obligations or resolve a dispute.

Provide the suburb, property type, size, condition, furnished status, date and access details. Ask which rooms, cupboards, appliances and floors are included. Confirm separately whether carpet extraction, outside windows, balconies, garages or rubbish are offered and priced.
Avoid common handover assumptions
