Describe the property before asking for a quote
Share the suburb or postcode, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishings, condition, access arrangements and preferred date. These details help a provider assess the request instead of relying on a generic property-size estimate.
Separate requested tasks and optional work
List the rooms and surfaces you want considered, then identify carpets, oven interiors, windows, upholstery or other extras separately. Ask which items are included, excluded, optional or need an assessment; a label such as ‘bond clean’ does not define a universal package Queensland RTA.
Compare like-for-like written proposals
Give each provider the same property information and task list. Compare the written scope, access needs, timing, exclusions and current price basis. A headline amount is not comparable when the included work or assumptions differ.
Keep cleaning scope separate from tenancy questions
Cleaning describes work a provider agrees to perform; it cannot determine an inspection, dispute or bond decision. Check any tenancy obligation with current official Queensland guidance and the documents that apply to your tenancy.
