To ensure you’re covered under our bond guarantee:

  • We must have completed the original end of lease cleaning before.
  • The property must be empty, with power and water connected.
  • Issues must be related to the cleaning, not damage, maintenance or wear and tear.
  • The guarantee covers only items listed in your original booking.
  • Re-clean must be requested within 7 days of the service date.
  • We aim to complete re-cleans within 48–72 hours of the request.
  • New/additional services not in the original booking are not covered but you can add extras to address those issues.

❗ Important: What’s Not Covered

While our guarantee is generous, there are a few exclusions:

🚫 Pre-existing damage
These issues can’t be “cleaned away” — they usually require repairs. But we’ll always let you know upfront if we spot them!


🚫 Normal wear and tear (like faded paint or worn carpet):
These are age-related and not caused by poor cleaning. But don’t stress — agents know the difference, and we’ll present your property at its absolute best.


🚫 Re-inspections after 7 days:
Our free re-clean is valid within 7 days. So make sure your agent does the final inspection on time — we’re ready to respond quickly!

We do not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Services not booked (e.g., blinds, balconies)
  • Rubbish removal or repairs
  • Late complaints (after 7 days)
