Ask who manages the water system
Contact the building manager, owners corporation or other responsible property contact to identify who oversees the tank and who arranges any work. Do not assume an individual apartment resident can access or service a shared tank.
Confirm the provider and written scope
Ask which provider is engaged, what system and work are included, how building access will be managed and who communicates timing to residents. Verify the provider's relevant qualifications, methods and responsibilities directly; this guide does not set them.
Separate cleaning, testing and water-safety questions
A cleaning task does not by itself establish water quality or suitability for use. Ask the responsible manager which current official or qualified water-system source addresses testing, recommissioning or resident notices for the actual building.
Do not attempt confined-space or chemical work
