Routine domestic cleaning
A regular visit may cover agreed kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living-area tasks such as dusting reachable surfaces, vacuuming, mopping and wiping. Frequency and inclusions depend on the household and written service plan.

Deep or detailed cleaning
A detailed visit may allocate more time to built-up soil and accessible areas not included in routine upkeep. Confirm specific items such as inside cupboards, appliance interiors, blinds and reachable window tracks; these are not automatically included.
End-of-lease cleaning
Rental handover cleaning should be matched to tenancy records and written property-manager instructions. Confirm the rooms, appliances, windows and any optional carpet or outdoor tasks. Cleaning does not guarantee a bond outcome or replace repairs and specialist work.
Optional and specialist services
Carpet extraction, upholstery, windows and other tasks may be booked separately where offered. Mould remediation, pest treatment, plumbing, repairs, hazardous materials and restoration are not ordinary house cleaning. Ask whether a provider offers the exact service and confirm terms directly.
Choose the right service
Describe property size, condition, priorities, access, occupants, pets and timing. Request a written task list with exclusions and any additional charges, then compare quotes on the same basis.
