Create a property-specific cleaning list
Record the address, rooms, condition, handover timing and access. List requested carpet, appliance, window or other optional tasks separately. Ask a provider what is included, excluded or requires a different specialist rather than assuming the term “bond clean” defines a standard package.
Keep a cleaning quote separate from a tenancy duty
A quote describes the work a provider offers; it does not establish a renter’s legal obligations or determine a bond claim. Compare the written scope, price basis, access, optional work and current terms for the exact property.
Do not rely on generic deduction amounts or guarantees
A quoted clean cannot guarantee a bond return, and a generic dollar range cannot predict a specific claim. For a tenancy disagreement, use the WA authority resources or qualified advice rather than treating marketing copy as a legal decision.
