Start with your written property instructions
Check the lease, entry condition report and current property-manager checklist. List rooms, surfaces, appliance interiors, carpets, windows and any access requirements that matter for the handover.
Compare quotes on the same task list
Give each provider the same property details and compare included tasks, exclusions, optional work, price basis, timing and access assumptions. Do not assume specialist items or rubbish removal are part of every move-out clean.
Check claims and re-clean terms
Ask for current service-area confirmation and written conditions for any re-clean support. A review score or cleaning booking cannot guarantee a property inspection, bond refund or landlord decision.
Prepare for the visit
Arrange keys, parking, utilities, vacant access and the handover deadline. Remove personal belongings and identify delicate finishes, maintenance issues, damage and any other specialist work separately.
Confirm the booking before accepting
Read the written quote and terms, including cancellation, additional work and reporting arrangements. Keep a copy with your property records and ask questions before approving the service.
