Appearance and natural light
Removing ordinary surface soil can make glass look clearer, though etched, scratched or permanently stained glass may not improve with cleaning. Frames, tracks and screens are separate components and should be included in the service scope if requested.

Check glass and surrounding materials
Tinted, coated, patterned and specialty glass may need particular care. Follow manufacturer guidance and avoid abrasive tools or chemicals that could damage glazing, seals, paint or nearby finishes.
Plan access safely
High, roof, balcony and difficult-to-reach windows require an appropriate method and site assessment. Do not lean out, climb onto roofs or use unsafe ladders. Confirm relevant provider capability, equipment and access arrangements.
Choose a practical schedule
Cleaning frequency depends on location, exposure, use, weather and preference. Share the building, panes, condition and access details when requesting a quote. Cleaning cannot guarantee energy savings, a longer window lifespan, safety or improved property value.
