Confirm cleaning tasks separately
If arranging a clean, describe the property, access, requested rooms and specific tasks, then confirm inclusions, exclusions and optional work in writing. Cleaning does not repair damage or determine whether a legal or inspection requirement has been met.
Ask for qualified advice about a dispute
If you are responding to a notice, charge or bond dispute, consult the current NSW Fair Trading source or an appropriate tenant advice service. A cleaning provider cannot decide legal obligations, a bond claim or an NCAT outcome.
