Start with the lease and condition report
Read the cleaning clauses and compare the property with the entry condition report. Separate ordinary soil, fair wear, damage, missing items and maintenance. A cleaner can quote practical tasks but cannot decide a disputed legal duty or inspection result.
What the clean may cover
Depending on the confirmed scope, work may include kitchens, bathrooms, floors, reachable surfaces, cupboards, appliances, windows, carpets, upholstery or outdoor areas. Optional work should be listed separately, especially where access, material or equipment differs.

Prepare before booking
Remove belongings and rubbish, clear appliance contents, arrange keys and parking, secure pets and disclose stains, delicate finishes, furniture and access restrictions. Follow manufacturer instructions for appliances, stone, timber, carpet and upholstery.
Keep the outcome realistic
Repairs, restoration, pests, mould-like growth, hazardous waste and broken appliances need separate providers. Dirt2Tidy can quote an end-of-lease scope. Applicable seven-day re-clean support is limited to policy terms and never guarantees inspection success or a bond refund.
