A project may need a post-trade pass, detailed dust removal or final presentation before handover. The number of visits depends on the build schedule, site condition, finish level and work still underway; staging and disposal are agreed in the quote rather than assumed.

Identify accessible joinery, cabinets, interior glass, floors, fixtures, kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. Paint, adhesive, grout haze, silicone and other deposits need assessment against the finish. High-level access, exterior work and extra debris removal must be specifically scoped.
