List rooms and priorities
Specify property type, room count, occupancy, surfaces and tasks such as bathrooms, kitchen, dusting or floors. Identify priorities, delicate finishes, pets, allergies, clutter and areas that should remain untouched. A routine clean differs from deep cleaning, end-of-lease work and specialist treatment.
Confirm the service scope
Ask what is included in each room and whether appliance interiors, windows, blinds, laundry or consumables are extra. Confirm the estimated visit time, frequency, team size and how additional work is approved. Do not assume all providers use the same definition of a standard clean.

Discuss products, access and belongings
Tell the provider about surface-care requirements, sensitivities, pets, keys, alarms, parking and building access. Ask which products and equipment are used and how fragile items or personal belongings should be prepared.
Review quote and booking terms
Compare the same property details, task list and visit frequency. Check price basis, cancellations, rescheduling, payment and how to report a missed task. Cleaning cannot guarantee removal of every stain or repair of damaged surfaces.
