Create a room-by-room checklist
List kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, floors and reachable detail surfaces. State whether the clean is for hosting, an event or a seasonal reset, and whether rooms are occupied or furnished.
Confirm appliances and specialist work
Oven and fridge interiors, windows, blinds, carpet extraction, upholstery, balconies and high-level areas need separate requests. Product choice depends on the surface and manufacturer's care instructions.
Plan Sydney access and timing
Provide the address, room list, condition, keys, parking, lift or loading rules, preferred date and event timing. Mention restricted areas, pets, delicate finishes and weather-exposed outdoor access.
Separate cleaning from maintenance
