Set a realistic room routine
Choose a few priority tasks for kitchen, bathroom, living areas and floors. Break larger jobs into short sessions and adjust the schedule to the household. Avoid promising a completely clean home every day or turning routines into unsafe rushing.
Use products and tools appropriately
Check surface compatibility before using vinegar, abrasives, solvents or other household products. Never mix cleaners; store them securely away from children and pets. Use a stable step stool only if appropriate, and leave high-level work to safe access methods.
Handle spills and stains carefully
Blot suitable fresh spills, follow fabric and floor care instructions, and test only where the product or manufacturer permits. Do not use bleach, heat, solvents or improvised mixtures without checking instructions. Permanent stains and damage may remain.

Know when to request help
Pests, leaks, mould-like growth, blocked drains, electrical faults, heavy furniture and hazardous waste require separate assessment. Domestic and deep cleaning can be quoted by room list, condition, access and optional tasks.
