Set the incoming-home checklist
List kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors that need attention before occupation. State whether the property is vacant or furnished and what can remain in place. Move-in preparation is separate from a rental handover checklist.
Confirm specialist tasks and surfaces
Oven interiors, cupboards, carpet extraction, windows, balconies and wall marks require separate confirmation. Identify timber, stone, coatings, renovation residue and delicate finishes so methods can be assessed.
Coordinate Sydney building access
Provide keys, concierge, lift booking, loading bay, parking, stairs and access hours. Photos can clarify restricted rooms, residue or difficult entry. Repairs, pest treatment, mould remediation and hazardous waste are not routine cleaning tasks.
Compare scope and service terms
Confirm room list, inclusions, exclusions, price basis and timing in writing. Verify any re-clean or product claims in current provider terms. Cleaning does not guarantee health, rental or property-manager outcomes.
