Confirm checkout and arrival window, approved key or lockbox process, parking, building rules, linen and consumables. Record damage or missing items separately from cleaning and secure valuables. Hazardous waste, sharps and pest issues require separate providers.

List beds, linen changes, floors, bins, visible surfaces and guest supplies included in the host checklist. Follow fabric care labels and keep electronics dry. Furniture movement, mattress work and laundry should be specifically agreed.

Define benches, sink, appliance exteriors, bins, bathroom fixtures and floors. Request oven or refrigerator interiors separately. Follow product labels, avoid acids on stone and never mix cleaners.

Confirm rooms are accessible, floors are dry, agreed consumables are replenished and any maintenance issue has been reported. Photos or a checklist can document completed areas. A cleaning visit does not include property management or guarantee guest ratings.
