Note where and when activity appears, visible damage, moisture, food access and any prior treatment. Photograph signs from a safe distance if useful. Avoid touching droppings, nests, unknown insects or contaminated material and do not move them between rooms.
Use appropriate basic housekeeping
Store food and rubbish appropriately, clean ordinary food spills and report leaks or building gaps to the responsible property contact. These steps can support household management but do not identify the pest or guarantee prevention. Do not use a homemade chemical mixture or an unlabelled product.
