Identify bulky waste, green waste, sharp items, chemicals and heavy branches separately; these may need a council collection or specialist provider. Collecting ordinary loose debris from accessible areas is different from mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, plant treatment, irrigation repairs, landscaping and tree removal. These tasks need different equipment and expertise. Dirt2Tidy does not assess plant health or perform arborist, structural, electrical or pest-control work unless a specific service is separately confirmed.

Clear walkways and identify gates, slopes, water access, stairs, parking and items that should not be moved. Do not handle sharps, unknown chemicals, animal waste, unstable branches or hazardous material as routine cleaning. Keep children and pets away from the work area and tell the provider about hazards before arrival.

Describe the address, outdoor surfaces, condition, debris, disposal needs and access. Confirm whether green-waste removal, pressure cleaning or furniture cleaning is included and what must be arranged separately. A written scope helps distinguish a one-off clean-up from ongoing garden maintenance.
