Let hot appliances cool and check whether racks, trays, filters or panels are user-removable. Use only products compatible with the interior coating, heating elements, seals and food-contact surfaces. Do not combine oven cleaner with bleach, acids or other products. A dishwasher filter should be handled only as its manual instructs.
Leave laundry appliances, faults and extras clear
Wipe accessible washer exteriors and detergent drawers as directed; clean dryer lint filters only when safe and user-accessible. Do not reach into ducts, disconnect equipment or use improvised vinegar cycles unless the manufacturer permits them. List appliance interiors and any carpet, windows or other optional end-of-lease work separately in a quote.
