A quote may cover agreed dusting, vacuuming, suitable floor care, kitchen surfaces, bathroom fixtures and ordinary household waste. List the rooms, surfaces, priority areas, condition, pets and access details so the task list is clear.
Optional and specialist work
Oven interiors, carpet extraction, upholstery, exterior windows, high-level work, post-construction cleaning, rubbish removal, pest control and repairs are not automatically included in a routine home clean. Ask whether each requested task can be assessed separately.
Products, equipment and access
Confirm what products and equipment the provider will bring, whether they suit your surfaces, and what preparation or access is required. Share manufacturer care instructions and any product sensitivities before the visit.
Compare scope and written terms
Give providers the same property details and compare inclusions, optional tasks, exclusions, price basis, timing and cancellation terms. Published pages do not guarantee current availability for every suburb or appointment date.
Know what cleaning does not do
Repairs, pest treatment, hazardous materials, restoration, furniture moving and clinical or caregiving services require separate qualified arrangements. A cleaning visit cannot guarantee a health, inspection, sale or bond outcome.
