Confirm inclusions and optional services
Ask whether kitchen and bathroom surfaces, floors, dusting and bins are included. Oven interiors, carpets, windows, upholstery, laundry and other specialist tasks may be separate; request a written list.
Arrange timing and access
Discuss visit frequency, preferred appointment windows, keys or access codes, parking and pets. Confirm how rescheduling, cancellations, payment and service concerns are handled.
Prepare safely
Secure valuables, share care instructions for delicate finishes and identify items that should not be moved. Keep cleaning products and equipment stored safely. The provider can clean agreed areas but cannot promise a stain, health or bond outcome.
