Prepare the property and records
Read the lease and entry condition report. Remove personal belongings and ordinary rubbish, arrange keys and access, and document existing damage. Repairs, pest control, gardening and hazardous waste are separate from routine cleaning.
Kitchen and bathroom tasks
List benches, sinks, cupboard surfaces, appliance exteriors/interiors if required, bathroom fixtures, mirrors, tiles and floors. Oven, rangehood filters, dishwasher and other appliance interiors should be confirmed separately. Follow product labels and surface-care instructions.
Bedrooms and living spaces
Identify accessible surfaces, floors, storage areas, window tracks and any carpet task in the agreement. Do not move heavy furniture or dismantle fixtures unless authorised and safe. External areas or high-level work need separate scope.
Confirm the quote and visit
Share property type, room count, condition, access, preferred date and requested extras. Review written inclusions, exclusions, price basis and re-clean terms. Cleaning cannot guarantee a bond refund or agent inspection decision.
