Read the label before using a product
Check the intended surface, ventilation, protective equipment, contact time, rinsing and re-entry directions on the specific container. Do not assume products with similar names have the same ingredients or use instructions. Keep the container and label available if advice is needed.
Reduce contact with spray and residue
Use the product only as directed and ventilate the area as the label instructs. Avoid breathing spray, keep children and pets away, and do not combine oven cleaner with vinegar, bleach, ammonia or another product. Do not induce vomiting or attempt a treatment unless a health professional or product label directs you to.
Consider a different cleaning method
